Terms and Conditions
By using Drive Port or submitting a request, you agree to the terms below.
Drive Port's role
Drive Port is an intermediary that manages listings, communication, inspection, photography and marketing according to the selected service. Drive Port does not own the vehicle, and a sale is completed only with both parties' approval and required legal procedures.
Customer responsibility
- Provide accurate and complete details about the car and owner.
- Disclose accidents, faults, finance or any existing obligation.
- Make the car available at the agreed inspection time.
- Do not make a side agreement intended to avoid fees due after service is provided.
Inspection and listing
Accepting a request does not guarantee publication. Drive Port may reject or suspend a listing if information is inaccurate, the vehicle cannot be verified, or regulations or platform standards are breached.
Offers and completing a sale
Recorded offers are not final sales until buyer and seller agree and ownership transfer and payment are complete. Prices and estimates are indicative unless approved in writing by both parties.
Acceptable use
Misuse, impersonation, unlawful content and attempts to access others' accounts or data are prohibited. An account or request may be suspended if a violation is suspected.
Updates and governing law
We may update these terms and state the revision date. Services are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, and its competent authorities have jurisdiction over disputes.
