Fees and Refund Policy
We clearly show all fees before confirming a sale request. All displayed prices include VAT. No amount is charged without explaining the related service.
Initial assessment
Reviewing the car details before confirming an inspection is free and does not require publication.
Listing preparation fees
For new requests, self-upload costs 49 including VAT, payable after the photos are complete and before publication. With a Drive Port team visit, the visit fee is 64 plus a 25 listing fee, for a total of 89 including VAT, payable when the visit request is submitted; the team coordinates the appointment afterward, and payment does not confirm it automatically.
Inspection service fee
Drive Port's inspection coordination fee is 200 including VAT. Inspection-center or periodic-inspection charges are separate and paid by the customer.
Recorded waiver for earlier requests
Only earlier requests actually recorded as waived retain their waiver; those fees will never be collected later. New requests use the fees above. This does not waive the successful-sale fee, buyer services or third-party fees.
Seller contact access
The fee is 170 including VAT. It is non-refundable once contact access is delivered, even if no sale occurs; statutory rights remain protected when the service is not provided. Earlier requests retain the fee and refund terms accepted when they were created.
Successful sale fee
When a sale is completed through Drive Port, a 1% fee applies, with a minimum of 1,000 and a maximum of 3,500 , unless agreed otherwise in writing before service begins.
Cancellation and refunds
- The request may be cancelled without charge before the preparation fee is paid.
- Once inspection, photography or listing preparation has started, the service fee is non-refundable for work already performed.
- If Drive Port cancels the service before it begins, the full paid amount is refunded.
- Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method within the payment provider's timeframe.
Additional fees
No optional service or cost is added without prior approval. Transport, extra inspection or third-party fees are shown separately before approval.
